My name is Donna, and I'm a 3D-Fiber artist who has been designing and creating fiber sculpted fantasy figures for the past 19 years. I have expanded my fiber creations to include "fiber fantasy" jewelry, and Swarovski crystal and lampwork bead earrings.
It is through my love of nature, working with unique fabrics, yarns, colors and fantasy, that my fiber creations evolved, along with my "fiber fantasy" jewelry.
I also do "special order" creations, so if you'd like to know more about having one done, please feel free to contact me at: dzfairies@msn.com
I will be more than happy to work with you regarding colors, size and pricing.
Be sure to "follow" DZFANTASY, so you won't miss out on the giveaways, new updates to my blog and special "savings" on some of my creations.

MY FAIRY NAME IS "Oak Rainbowfly" Find out what your fairy name is!
Oak Rainbowfly
She is a fortune bringer.
She lives in forests of oak and lime trees.
She is only seen at midday under a quiet, cloudless sky.
She decorates herself with leaves and berries. She has multicoloured wings like a butterfly.
My brother's girlfriend, Colleen who is a professional photographer, took these fantastic shots of this hawk where they live. Does anyone know what kind it is??
The red is really visible on the other side (which we don't have in these shots). It's the markings across the belly, wings, and tail that give this guy away.
The middle photo on the bottom of this page is almost exactly the view of the middle photo you have posted, if you want something to reference. :) http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Red-Tailed_Hawk/id

It looks like a Red Tail to me. It's not a Red Shoulder.
Awesome pictures!
I'm going to say a Red Tailed Hawk also. Great shots!
All the best in 2010!
Thanks for your comments, Fyrecreek and Cara. I thought it looked like a Red Tail also, but don't see the red on the tail!
